I have a problem with spammers sending emails from my Hotmail account even with my computer OFF. How is this possible ? Nothing shows up in my sent folder.I have done all the password, secret questions, alternat email changes four times , but to no avail.Gene

Did you go through all of the steps that I suggested? You have to do everyting.
